At my previous project I had the opportunity to discover the hidden potential of an unknown site and to see what is possible when a winemaker gets given some creative freedom.

WHAT WOULD YOU GRAB IF YOUR PRIVATE CELLAR CAUGHT FIRE?

The fire hose obviously! My place is pretty small so I would have to move!

Very much dictated by the site but here at Constantia Uitsig I think Syrah and Chardonnay will be solid performers.
