The Brasserie food style is European with a comfort food influence. Expect some French classics such as fillet au poivre, Caesr salad and an all-time favourite, crème brulee, some Italian specials such as hand cut carpaccio, homemade spaghetti carbonara & salt n pepper squid. Bella Laity leads the kitchen team with great enthusiasm and finesse. Bella fell in love with food at an early age and has worked her way up through various Cape Town kitchens. She continues with the Brasseries’ethos of using seasonal produce and supporting local wherever possible.
Shareholder, Michale Forbes, manages the front of house. Michael has taken control of the rasserie since inception in 2011 and offers a wealth of experience, which he acquired both locally and abroad. His passion for guest satisfaction is admirable; he will do his upmost to ensure that your experience at the brasserie is memorable.
Relax & enjoy small plate and local craft beers in our garden patio or stylish Parisian diners bar. The Brasserie offers private dining dinning in our upstairs dinning room, a perfect location for a small initimate celebration. Alternatively enjoy the bustling atmosphere in the main dining room.
The Brasserie is an unpretentious venue, with emphasize on guests satisfaction, great value, quality produce & friendly efficient service.
